Hilary Schneider has more than 20 years of experience leading and scaling consumer technology companies. She currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of SimpliSafe, a provider of smart home security systems.

Previously, Hilary served as the Chief Executive Officer of Shutterfly from 2020 to 2023. Prior to Shutterfly, Hilary served as Chief Executive Officer of Wag!, the country's largest on-demand mobile dog walking and dog care service, and president and Chief Executive Officer of LifeLock, a leader in identity theft protection. She has also served in a series of executive positions at Yahoo! and in several senior leadership roles at Knight Ridder.

In addition to her role as Chief Executive Officer of SimpliSafe, Hilary currently serves on the boards of the American Journalism Project, Omaze, and Vail Resorts. She previously served on the boards of Sleep Number and Getty Images.

Hilary holds a B.A. from Brown University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
